Head of Luxury Pre-Flight Hospitality Training

Aspire Lounges, LCY, is seeking a Hospitality Training Leader to head the training workstream for the London City Airport team. You will lead classroom and live- environment training, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and service standards while partnering with regional teams to address training needs.

You will set the tone for high standards in hospitality, develop staff through coaching and mentoring, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
