Head of Luxury Lifestyle & VIP Client Experience

SHY Aviation in London seeks a seasoned leader to build and run the SHY Lifestyle team. You will recruit, develop and manage lifestyle professionals, own growth strategy, and deliver complex client solutions while aligning luxury travel with aviation services for shared clients.

You will set high service standards, manage KPIs, and report performance to the MD as you scale the business and enhance client relationships across UHNW portfolios.
