The role combines people leadership, revenue growth, and strategic client solutions for UHNW clients across luxury travel, villa sourcing, and private jet/hospitality services. You will recruit, develop and manage a team, set standards, and collaborate with SHY Aviation leadership to deliver joined-up client propositions.
