Head of Learning & Development - Strategic Learning Leader

BDO LLP is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to lead the firm's L&D function, initially focusing on the Audit stream while expanding to other streams over time. Reporting to the Director of L&D, you will collaborate with central teams to deliver high-quality learning aligned with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, shaping L&D strategy, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong learning culture
