Head of Learning & Development - National Growth

Lomond is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Director to own the group's learning strategy end to end. You will lead a national team of trainers, manage budgets, and shape L&D around commercial realities across multiple brands and regions while travelling to branches and head offices as needed.

You will design group-wide curricula for sales and lettings professionals, develop leadership pathways, and ensure onboarding across newly acquired businesses is harmonised.
