Head Kitchen Assistant needed in Brinsley , £13.77h PAYE - Reference:

Monday - Friday term time only. - 25 hours per week (08:30am to 13:30pm)

A Head of Kitchen is required to lead the catering service at Brinsley primary school in Nottingham. This role involves managing kitchen operations, preparing meals to a high standard, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals for pupils and staff
• Manage kitchen operations and supervise catering staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
