Chorley (Hybrid)

Up to £65,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a one of a kind specialist Insurer to drive the strategic growth.

As a Head of IT and Change, you will play a key role in the senior leadership team for delivering growth strategy and relationships with its external IT providers. Helping the business grow is the main focal point and will be done by introducing new products and partners, co-ordinating resource to deliver the change agenda.

You will be the main point of contact managing the relationship with key partners and suppliers, including in particular the insurance brokers and schemes who sell their products. You will oversee the supplier management framework by which we hold suppliers to account.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Experience of managing outsourced supplier relationships
• Good working knowledge of IT systems; ability to communicate both with technicians and lay people
• Experience of operating a CRM system
• Experience of delivering change projects
• Hands-on delivery in a small team environment
• Ability to build productive working relationships with a wide range of people
• Self-motivated and able to take the initiative to drive improvements rather than accept the status quo
• A team player with good organisational skills
