Head of Internal Audit - Insurance & Governance

Aventum Group seeks a Head of Internal Audit to lead and continuously enhance the function, delivering independent assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on governance, risk management and internal controls within a co-sourced model.

You will embed a risk-based framework across MGA, broking, delegated authority, underwriting and distribution, oversee the external Internal Audit partner, develop annual and three-year plans, and report progress and findings to the Committee.
