Head of Insurance Propositions & Growth

Staysure Group is seeking an experienced Head of Insurance Proposition to lead the strategy, development and performance of our insurance product portfolio. You'll own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring propositions meet customer needs, stay competitive and support commercial goals.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, underwriters and cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, improve existing offerings and ensure fair value and strong customer outcomes.
