Responsible for Institutional Clients (80% to 100%) Job Context: In this context, we are looking for a manager for institutional clients, directly reporting to the General Secretary, to liaise between this very specific clientele and internal specialists. In this role, you will ensure regular follow-up with political bodies and with responsible parties to verify, maintain, and potentially expand the offerings. You will also work closely with LaZur Energie, the subsidiary of the SiL, to ensure the transition of SiL's gas service area towards thermal solutions. Workplace: Place Chauderon 23, Missions: - Implement and formalize the structure of institutional client relationships - Identify the needs of partners and their expectations in order to adjust the offerings provided by SiL and ensure their profitability - Develop and manage relationships with municipalities, suppliers, and energy distributors - Actively maintain the internal network to ensure follow-up on provided services and facilitate problem resolution - Report on your activities and propose developments to a committee composed of the director and heads of services - Coordinate the implementation of new projects and ensure their success - Represent SiL in various bodies Profile: - Master's in Political Science, Public Administration, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or an equivalent qualification - Complementary experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in B2B client management in a technical or industrial environment - Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service - Ability to develop a comprehensive vision and work autonomously, with excellent priority management and perseverance - Strong ability to create connections between entities - Good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, CRM - Clean criminal record Salary Scale - Class 11 Start Date - Immediately or as complete to be sent until through the electronic form for this recruitment, the Industrial Services of Lausanne are exceptionally relying on the Finders firm for selection and processing applications.
