Head of Industrialisation Model

• Develop and own the Industrialisation capability strategy across People, Processes and Tools.
• Coordinate, integrate, and mature the Industrialisation Model as a coherent, scalable system for delivering Rolls-Royce SMR powerplants.
• Serve as the central point of contact and interface with the Delivery Advisory Committee.
• Curate and architect bi-annual reviews, interim deep dives, and red team engagements.
• Administer utilisation of Delivery Advisory Committee members across Industrialisation and Delivery.
• Lead workforce planning, resource modelling, and organisational design for the Industrialisation Programme and Operations & Supply Chain.
• Establish and maintain governance for Industrialisation Model development, assurance, and change control.
• Define and maintain a unified capability framework aligned to the Industrialisation Model.
• Lead integration of complex delivery models across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Programme functions.
• Translate complex, multi-disciplinary content into clear, structured, usable outputs.
• Coordinate SMEs, functions, and senior stakeholders to align approaches, resolve inconsistencies, and converge on a coherent model.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience within large, complex engineering programmes, such as nuclear, defence, aerospace, or energy.
• Understanding of how integrated models underpin safe, compliant, and scalable delivery.
• Experience leading integration of complex delivery models across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Programme functions.
• Experience defining and operating governance frameworks ensuring model completeness, consistency, maturity, and controlled evolution.
• Ability to translate complex, multi-disciplinary content into clear, structured, usable outputs.
• Experience coordinating multiple SMEs, functions, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to align stakeholders, resolve inconsistencies, and converge on a single coherent approach.
• Applicants must obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Satisfactory basic financial probity check.
