Head of Income Generation & Business Development

Clan Cancer Support is looking for a Head of Income Generation to shape the future of our fundraising and income strategy - driving sustainable growth to help us continue delivering vital services to people impacted by cancer across the north-east, Moray, Orkney and Shetland.

As a key part of Clan's senior management team, you'll lead and inspire a talented income generation team covering community fundraising, events, corporate partnerships, trusts, legacies and retail operations.

You'll play a pivotal role in:

• Developing and implementing an ambitious income generation and business development strategy.
• Strengthening and diversifying income streams, including exploring new commercial opportunities.
• Building high-impact partnerships with businesses, major donors and community stakeholders.
• Mentoring and empowering your team to achieve excellence, guided by Clan's values of honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork.
• Spearheading Clan's visibility and profile through collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
