This role is part of the IC S Leadership team, the IC S Senior Experts Team and the Corporate Audit International Leadership Team and supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the IC S Framework and the Corporate Audit strategy. These are your main tasks:

• Strategic ICSDomain Leadership: Lead the IC S Energy Networks Team as enter of competence for Energy Networks business related ICSDomain topics
• IC S-Governance & Cycle Management: Support the VP IC S in the management of IC S-cycle tasks in line with group IC S-requirements and advise groupwide projects regarding IC S
• Functional Steering & Framework Harmonization: Functionally steering a number of IC S Business Partners, you ensure efficiency and structure in the collaboration, a uniform understanding of the IC S requirements as well as further improvement of E.ON Group's IC S framework
• IC S-Weakness Management & Group Reporting: You are responsible for the input of IC S weaknesses identified within the Units to which the IC S Business Partners are allocated in the preparation of the Annual IC S Report in alignment with relevant stakeholders
• People Development & Talent Empowerment: Foster personal and professional development of all team members of the IC S Energy Networks Team

• Professional qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained across different businesses and/or functions
• Leadership experience: Experience working with senior management and key stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build trustful and effective relationships
• Specific expertise: Thorough understanding of the IC S framework and related regulations
• Strong IT skills: Proven experience in administration and usage of IT tools are a plus
