Head of HSE & Quality Assurance

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced Head of HSE to develop and implement strategic safety initiatives across our high-hazard operations in the UK. You will lead HSE systems, audit programs and training to ensure regulatory compliance and top-tier safety performance.

The role requires extensive COMAH/oil & gas sector experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the business while fostering a culture of health, safety and quality excellence.
