Head of HSE - Groundworks & Civil Eng (Car + Bonus)

Kenton Black Limited is partnering with an established groundworks and civil engineering contractor to appoint a Health & Safety Director. You will set safety strategy, ensure compliance, and lead the group's HSE improvement across projects in the UK.

As a board-level leader, you will design policies, manage RAMS, oversee site inspectors, and act as the primary contact with HSE and insurers. An excellent salary (£90k-£110k) plus car/allowance and bonus is offered.
