The Digital and AI Department (DTN-IA) creates, integrates, and manages all the most efficient hospital systems to support the clinical and logistical activities of the University Hospitals of Geneva. With a fleet of more than 250 workstations and servers, available 24/7 for all staff, the DTN-IA manages a system X and the HUG and 7 other Geneva institutions, as well as a high-performing ERP for logistical and financial processes. The DTN-IA creates an integrated dossier at the forefront of the sector and contributes to the reputation of the HUG thanks to recognized functional richness and close collaboration with all health professionals and their transversal departments. Furthermore, the DTN-IA integrates state-of-the-art biomedical equipment and everyday tools as well as specialized ones for all professions. The purpose of the DTN-IA is to support daily activities and build the future of a modern and efficient hospital, following the institution's strategic directions and relying on the best practices and the most demanding standards.As the Head of the HRIS domain, you join a leading university hospital and play a central role in the performance and evolution of the HR Information System (HRIS). You take charge of a domain that you structure, organize, and develop to ensure its proper functioning and meet the needs of the Human Resources Department. You position yourself as X of the Human Resources Department and support this department in deploying innovative tools (HRIS, LMS, and RH), allowing the institution to tackle numerous technological challenges and address current and future HR issues (new grid of legal and regulatory constraints, talent management, recruitment management, and sensitive data protection and structuring of HR data). You closely collaborate with different HR business experts, skills development centers, or talent and leadership services, and you rely on the project management and methods teams to supervise the activity of the entire domain and coordinate the provision of the necessary resources for business projects. You oversee the prioritization of activities and manage the domain's resources, including any necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and quality operations. You also ensure the smooth operation of the domain and the rigor of agreements with your management, defining the objectives of the HRIS domain, which you evolve based on institutional and technological issues. Through your committed leadership, you supervise group leaders, plan their activities, and unite all teams around a clear vision. You develop a work environment based on responsibility, listening, co-construction, and recognition. You support your team members in their development, ensure their continued training, and guarantee regular feedback on their progress. You contribute to the definition and deployment of the overall strategy of the HR Department. You participate in the technical and schematic development, and propose technological advancements that allow anticipating future needs and enhancing domain performance. You maintain active monitoring of HRIS technologies, HR architectures, workflows, and data management, and ensure the overall coherence of the implemented solutions.As the point of contact for the DTN-IA and project management, you advise the HRD as well as medical departments and support services in their long-term reflections on systems. You guarantee the complete coverage of business needs by actively participating in the design of systems, evaluating functional and technical impacts, and ensuring the quality of implementations. You hold a Master's degree or an equivalent diploma, complemented by a CAS in management or a higher degree in management, or which must be acquired during the course of your employment. You justify in-depth expertise in the professions related to the HRIS domain and have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. This experience includes team management, steering complex projects, and mastery of technical issues and a large-scale IT environment. Knowledge of the university hospital world is a valuable asset that enhances your understanding of the specificities and requirements of this sector. You justify thorough experience in the architecture, development, and integration of software within complex, demanding, and regulated environments. Moreover, you have actively participated in the implementation of a complete HRIS and maintaining it in operational condition, which enables you to develop trusting relationships with client management, particularly the HRD. You quickly understand the issues, adapt your approach to your audience, and seek balanced, win-win solutions. You represent your field with influence, pedagogy, and leadership that enables you to establish a positive atmosphere and mobilize your teams around common objectives. You are comfortable navigating complexity and manage activities with a proactive and efficient mindset. You manage priorities, deadlines, objectives, and team performance rigorously and demonstrate reflexivity, welcoming feedback constructively and identifying your own development areas. You know how to handle a significant workload while maintaining a calm, composed, and solution-oriented attitude, even in tense situations.
