The Opportunity:The Head of HR Business Partnering will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with organisational ambition across multiple regions. This individual will champion workforce planning, talent development, and cultural transformation while ensuring operational excellence and compliance across international markets.
Working closely with executive leaders and operational teams, they will empower HR Business Partners to influence, challenge, and support leaders at every level - driving measurable impact through innovative people solutions.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership- Act as a senior strategic advisor, shaping and executing people strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
- Embed HR initiatives into operational and commercial decision-making.
- Anticipate future workforce needs and design scalable organisational solutions that enhance agility and performance.
- Design and deliver end-to-end talent strategies including workforce planning, succession pipelines, and critical capability mapping.
- Lead leadership development initiatives that strengthen both current and future leadership capability.
- Identify and accelerate high-potential talent through robust development and retention frameworks.
- Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement through data-led insights.
- Lead global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that enhance belonging and representation.
- Embed a psychologically safe, collaborative "no excuses, no blame" culture across teams.
- Oversee delivery of high-quality HR services across regions, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and audit readiness.
- Strengthen governance frameworks, workforce reporting, and data integrity standards.
- Lead organisational change programmes including transformation initiatives, restructures, and cultural evolution.
- Support leaders and teams through ambiguity with resilience, empathy, and clarity.
- Measure and track transformation outcomes using performance and engagement data.
- Build influential relationships across global functions and leadership teams.
- Translate complex people challenges into clear, actionable insights.
- Drive alignment between global strategy and local execution through impactful communication.
