Head of Housing & Safe Haven - Crisis Support Leader

Oxfordshire Mind is seeking a Head of Housing & Safe Haven to lead our supported housing and crisis services across Oxfordshire, ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused support. You will drive strategic service development, manage budgets and staff, and work with partners to deliver safe, accessible, and person-centred care for people in crisis.

The role is based at the Osney Mead office with travel across the county, requiring strong leadership, safeguarding, and a commitment to lived
