Head of Housekeeping - Lead World-Class Guest Rooms

Mercure Haydock is seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead the department, drive high standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across bedrooms, public areas and events spaces.

You will manage a large team, coach supervisors, and work closely with the General Manager to optimise productivity while controlling costs and maintaining Mercure brand quality. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic hotel environment.
