Head of House

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-qualified Head of House. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral leadership of a house within our pastoral team, oversee the care and support of students from year 7 to 11 and will lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement, managing behaviour, improving attendance and continuing to develop the House identity.

The Carlton Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and a chance to work alongside colleagues from other high performing schools in the region. The Trust also leads the regional Teaching School Hub, delivering local teacher training and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers.
