Head of Hospitality - Premium Pub & Destination Venue

The Eagle & Child is set to open July 2027 under the Ellison Institute of Technology leadership. We seek a capable General Manager to steer operations, guest experiences and financial performance for a flagship pub, café, restaurant and bar.

You will partner with the Executive Chef and senior leadership to drive excellence on the floor and in back-of-house operations. Ideal candidates bring premium hospitality management experience, a strong budget mindset, and a proven ability to mentor teams
