Lead the digital growth engine for a fast-growing learning technology platform, driving acquisition, activation, and retention through high-velocity experimentation. Leverage AI, automation, and smart digital campaigns to scale global expansion and shape the future of workplace learning.

What you will do

  • Run fast experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, integrating AI tools for efficiency.
The ideal candidate
  • 3-5 years of hands on digital marketing or growth experience, ideally in fast growth SaaS.
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, driving measurable ROI.
  • Strong grasp of funnel optimisation, A/B testing, CRO, and proficiency in HubSpot.
