  • Integrate new acquisitions into group reporting and lead fair value balance sheet exercises.
  • Own technical accounting areas such as goodwill, intangibles, deferred consideration, lease accounting (IFRS 16).
  • Maintain accounting policies, reporting processes, and BPC master data.
  • Drive process improvements across systems and reporting.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small group reporting team (2+ people).
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong technical background in group consolidations and statutory reporting.
  • Experience with SAP BPC (or similar tools such as Hyperion, HFM, OneStream, Cognos).
  • Advanced Excel and strong process improvement mindset.
  • Confident leader and communicator with experience across international/multi entity environments.
  • Bonus: Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource (or Caseware), acquisitions, or system implementations.

  • Flexibility to work from home, with the right balance of collaboration at our Winnersh HQ.
What's In It For You
  • Access to C suite discussions and enterprise strategy and global stakeholders
  • Structured learning, mentorship, and a pathway to senior account management roles
  • Work in a collaborative, international environment that values ideas and initiative
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus
  • 24 days annual leave (increasing to 29 days a year) + bank holidays
  • Exciting perks: Pension (4%), Life Insurance, Electric Vehicle Scheme, Medicash, Gymflex, Perkbox, and Taste Card
