Head of Grounds & Premier Pitch Maintenance

Fulham Football Club Limited seeks a Head of Grounds to lead the Craven Cottage grounds team, overseeing the playing surface and related stadium operations. The role ensures a safe, high-performing natural grass pitch for First Team, Women's and Academy football, along with approved hires and events.

You will develop and deliver annual turf maintenance, renovation, and improvement plans, balancing fixtures, training, events, and weather to protect long-term surface health.
