Head of Governance & Corporate Services, DPO

Clyde Valley seeks a senior governance and corporate services leader to act as central safety net for governance across the Group. You will support the Board and Committees, lead core governance processes and serve as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring a robust, forward-looking framework.

You will lead a small team and build trusted relationships with colleagues, regulators and partners, reporting to the Finance and Corporate Services Director.
