Based at our premier London dance studios, close to the Thames and Claphan Junction, there is a great energy to our building. You will be part of our Director of Group Services team, consisting of People, Finance, Technology, and Change professionals supporting the delivery of our new and exciting strategy.

Role Overview

As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between compliance and strategy, ensuring our Board and committees operate at the highest standard while helping the CEO drive organisational performance and global strategy.

Our accessible London (Wandsworth / Battersea) studios and offices are conveniently located, with facilities such as the Café and Library onsite. We operate a hybrid working model, normally 3 days per week on site and offer services to support flexible commuting e.g. cycling. For this role, engagement matters and it is for you to shape the best way to achieve that. Attendance in person will be required at all board and committee meetings, and at certain other meetings essential to the effectiveness of the role.

Requirements
