The Role

This is a high-profile, senior leadership role for an experienced PR and communications professional who thrives on shaping strategy, setting direction and building long-term brand equity on a global stage. You'll own the vision for global PR, communications and influence, working across key international markets while elevating brand storytelling and founder profile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and shaping a global PR and communications strategy across the UK, US and international markets
  • Defining compelling brand narratives, key messages and annual priorities across launches, campaigns and brand moments
  • Leading and challenging PR agencies and international partners to deliver consistently high-quality, luxury-led output
  • Setting and overseeing a global social media strategy, ensuring tone of voice, visual identity and content pillars feel elevated and culturally relevant
  • Guiding influencer, KOL and community strategy with a focus on credibility, long-term value and commercial impact
  • Overseeing strategic events, collaborations and partnerships with aligned luxury, fashion, wellness and cultural brands
  • Driving the long-term strategy for founder profiling and thought leadership, including media, speaking engagements and authored projects
  • Using insight, performance data and editorial judgement to continually raise standards and refine direction
How You'll Dazzle Us

You're a senior, confident and credible communications leader with a proven track record in premium or luxury environments. You're as comfortable setting strategy as you are influencing stakeholders, agencies and creative partners at the highest level.

You'll bring:

  • Senior-level PR and communications experience within a premium or luxury brand
  • Demonstrable experience elevating a founder or CEO profile on a global scale
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the confidence to lead independently and operate at leadership level
  • Experience managing, motivating and constructively challenging agencies and external partners
  • Excellent editorial judgement, cultural awareness and a sharp eye for quality
  • A commercial mindset, understanding how communication drives brand growth and long-term value
