Head of Global Operations & Platform Build

Outpost is hiring a hands-on Head of Operations in London to own the entire operational stack-from onboarding to treasury and compliance. You'll design processes, specify internal tooling with engineering, and run the ops playbooks yourself in the early phase.

You'll hire and grow a small team, but initially you are the team. You'll work directly with the CEO and founders, shaping what Outpost builds from an operational perspective.
