The opportunity

Our client is a leading climate investment manager recruiting a Head of Fundraising based in London or Singapore. This role will lead capital raising efforts and strengthen relationships with institutional investors across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies across institutional investors.
• Lead investor origination, engagement, and relationship management.
• Manage fundraising processes from initial engagement through closing.
• Prepare fundraising materials and support investor due diligence.
• Work closely with investment teams on fund strategy and market positioning.
• Represent the business at investor meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of fundraising, investor relations, or institutional sales experience.
• Strong network across institutional investors, DFIs, pension funds, or sovereign wealth funds.
• Experience raising capital for private equity, infrastructure, climate, or real asset funds.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to be based in London or Singapore.
