Head of Fraud Risk: Build FRM From Scratch

Risk Hub is seeking a Head of Fraud to design and implement the FRM for its new Irish Payment Institution. You will lead end-to-end fraud operations, from customer escalations to investigations and board reporting, building the function from the ground up.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in senior operational risk or financial crime within Irish-regulated financial services, and relevant certifications. A degree in Finance/Business/Tech is preferred.
