Head of FP&A: Banking Forecasting & Strategy

Kroo Bank is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic analysis in a fast-growing digital bank in London. You will build scalable models, partner with Finance, Risk, Product and Operations, and drive data-driven decision making.

The role requires hands-on execution, extensive Excel/Google Sheets use, and programming in Python to automate repeatable workstreams while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong governance.
