Job Description

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
• Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
• Monitor and analyse financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support decision-making processes with robust financial modelling.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in financial planning and control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in a PE backed business.
• A solid understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and decision support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
