This newly created role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making and commercial growth - designed for a sharp, forward-thinking FP&A Manager who wants to shape business performance from day one. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership, bringing clarity, challenge, and financial insight to a fast-moving, global operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and lead the planning cycle-monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets-embedding data-led forecasting that links market dynamics with internal performance.
• Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into P&L drivers, spot patterns, surface risks, and unlock growth opportunities. Deliver commercial recommendations that guide leadership decisions.
• Management Reporting: Produce crisp, executive-level reporting and dashboards that cut through complexity and drive accountability across the business.
• Strategic Planning: Be a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, aligning financial plans with long-term strategic goals and investment priorities.
• Scenario & Sensitivity Modelling: Stress-test the future. Build robust models that quantify upside, downside, and everything in between.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Engage with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure financial rigor, cost control, and resource optimisation across the board.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on finance lead to support with

advanced modelling and commercial insight with strong cross-functional influence.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Spanish GAAP, IFRS, and ERP systems fluency
