Your new role
As Head of Finance Business Partnering, you'll lead a high-performing team supporting Development, Asset Management, and Corporate departments. You'll shape their financial strategy, drive system transformation, and deliver robust financial planning and control-ensuring they remain fit for the future.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) with proven leadership experience and a strong background in Social Housing. Expertise in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and long-term planning software (e.g. BRIXX) is essential, along with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels.
