Head of Finance & Strategy for Growing SME

Universal Business Team is looking for a Head of Finance based in Cranleigh, Surrey. This pivotal role involves leading the finance function, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to provide commercial insights, and ensuring the finance function supports the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, strong experience in management accounting, and excellent leadership skills. The role offers a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, along with a car allowance and performance-related bonus.
