Head of Finance and Operations

Through a unique combination of practical services, financial relief, and sector-wide advocacy, we're working to build a kinder, fairer industry in which everyone can thrive.

Now, we're looking for a Head of Finance and Operations to join the senior leadership team and play a vital role in delivering that ambition. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, leading the charity's finance, operations, IT and compliance functions. You'll oversee a small team and make sure that our people, systems and resources are aligned for long-term sustainability and maximum impact.
