Head of Finance

• Successful technology company
• Based in Guildford (2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home)
• Full time permanent role paying up to £85,000 plus benefits

A reputable technology firm based in Guildford are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join their team. This is a great opportunity to lead a finance team and support further growth of a successful company. Duties will include:

• Taking ownership of the finance function and work closely with COO to deliver continuous transformation
• Lead the finance team and direct line management of individuals
• Drive and integrate AI and automation solutions
• Managing senior level stakeholders
• Reporting across commercial pricing and profitability and making suggestions where required
• Own financial planning, forecasting and management reporting
• Own statutory and regulatory compliance including audit, corporation tax, VAT and payroll

To be considered suitable for this Head of Finance role you will need the following skills and experience;

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong leadership/management experience
• Previous ownership if month end, financial control and reporting
• Previous experience of transformation within a finance function, ideally including AI tool implementation
• Strong commercial business acumen
• Ability to operate at a senior leadership level
