Head of Finance - High Growth, Multi-site, Property/Hospitality Business

Are you a strategic, commercially minded finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a fast growing organisation? I am searching somebody ready to step into a Head of Finance position - joining a dynamic, multi site business on an exciting growth trajectory.

In this role, you'll be the financial heartbeat of the organisation - partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic decisions, and building a best in class finance function rooted in integrity, transparency, and sustainable performance.

What you'll lead

• Group wide financial strategy, partnering with the executive team to drive long term success
• High quality reporting across P&L, cashflow, and Board level insights
• Governance, compliance and audit excellence across a diverse, expanding portfolio
• Continuous improvement, automation, and the development of a high performing finance team

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a multi site or high growth environment
• Strong technical expertise across FP&A, cashflow, consolidated reporting, and compliance
• A strategic mindset with the confidence to influence at the highest level
• A leadership style that empowers, develops, and elevates those around you
