Our Vision
Our Vision is simple: a world in which football is the heartbeat of healthy, happy, thriving communities.
Bloomsbury Football is building a future where every young person in London has access to the life-changing power of football regardless of background, ability or postcode/income.
We are a high-growth, high-impact charity using the power of football to level the playing field for young people across London. Every week, over 6,000 kids take part in our programmes regardless of background, ability, or postcode.
We're scaling rapidly aiming to reach 20,000+ young people a week by 2028 , with annual revenue of £12m+ . We're not your typical non-profit. We move fast, dream big, and build like a startup.
Our growth is powered by a relentless commitment to excellence on and off the pitch .
We operate like a startup: ambitious, fast-moving, and impact-obsessed. We make decisions based on outcomes, challenge ourselves constantly, and care deeply about doing things right for the long term. This is a team that's committed to winning together with purpose, pace, and integrity.
