Head of Family Law - Lead Growth & Team

TSR Legal is seeking a Head of Family in Monmouth to lead and develop the Family department across Monmouth and Coleford. The role demands senior leadership, strategic oversight and hands-on management of a broad family caseload, including high-stakes negotiations and court work.

The successful candidate will have at least five years' PQE in family law, experience supervising a team, and a track record of delivering client-focused, commercially aware advice.
