Head of Family-Based Placements & Service Growth

Young Devon invites applications for Head of Family Based Placements, to lead a new service across Plymouth, Ivybridge or Newton Abbot. You will manage staff, hosts, budgets and outcomes for Plan B and Supported Lodgings, now combined as Family Based Placements, and drive service delivery with reflective practice and co-production.

This values-based leader will oversee development and growth across Devon, implementing new practices, governance and creating housing options for young people.
