Head of Facilities & Workplace Experience (UK)

Point72 is seeking a senior Facilities and Workplace Experience leader to run UK offices, including reception, space planning, and vendor management. You will drive operational standards and employee experience across the London site, while managing budgets and health & safety compliance.

You will lead a high performing team, partner with senior stakeholders, and push continuous improvement across facilities, security, and workplace services to support a global investment firm.
