Head of F&B - Bars & Events

Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Jameson Bar and all bar operations, reporting to the Senior F&B Manager. Drive revenue, service quality and guest satisfaction across the outlets with a hands-on leadership style.

You will establish operating procedures, supervise staff, implement training, wage controls and licensing compliance, and collaborate with HR to maintain four-star standards.
