Head of European Compliance & Risk

Cboe Europe is seeking a Head of European Compliance to unify UK and Dutch compliance across CEL, CCE, CEBV and CEIBV, reporting to senior leadership and interacting with the Boards. The role will shape the compliance framework as a second line of defence and drive governance across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in senior compliance, experience in regulated markets, and a track record in MI, KRIs, and monitoring programs within a three-lines-of-defence model.
