You'll also focus on growing our B2B partnerships as well as being responsible for omnichannel commercial performance, making sure every step of the customer journey feels seamless. We'll look to you to make sure our services are compliant, customer-focused, and commercially successful. • Make sure that policies, procedures, processes and controls are in place that comply with regulatory standards and effectively manage risk
  • Champion innovation across digital and contact centre journeys, using technology and automation to scale our services
This role would suit people who have
  • Proven experience leading large regional or national sales teams working remotely in either in legal services, financial services or another regulated industry
  • A strong background in customer-facing sales management
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to operate at scale and drive growth
  • Experience working in FCA or SRA regulated environments
  • A passion for making a difference in people's lives through creating accessible legal services

  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • Private healthcare for you and your family
  • Company car or car allowance
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • Coaching and training to support your career development
