Head of Environmental Test Operations - Defence Facility

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a GL - Ops Environmental Test lead to oversee Environmental Testing Centre operations at the Shoeburyness site. You will ensure safe, compliant trial delivery and act as focal point for capability and performance, driving improvements and managing budgets while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires extensive leadership in high-hazard environments, experience with environmental testing and OME, plus a first degree in Science/Engineering.
