Head of Enterprise Security & Risk Governance

AXA UK seeks a strategic Security leader reporting to the Chief Security Officer to champion security culture, governance and enable delivery of security strategy across AXA UK units.

You will measure maturity, manage risk, and brief senior stakeholders on threats with remediation plans. The role includes leading a team of partners and security SMEs to ensure coordinated security services, including physical security and safety across operating companies.
