Head of Enterprise Delivery

This role involves but is not limited to:

Own the enterprise delivery operating model across all strategic programmes.

Establish consistent governance, delivery standards and reporting across all programmes and vendors.

Own enterprise delivery tooling including Jira, Confluence and portfolio dashboards.

Coordinate delivery across vendors, internal teams and business stakeholders.

Chair delivery governance forums and provide executive portfolio reporting.

Manage dependencies, delivery risks and resource conflicts.

Track benefits realisation.

Reduce dependency on external vendors by building internal capability.

Support future M&A integrations through a scalable delivery model.

Lead the Projects & Change Manager.

Requirements

Executive stakeholder and vendor management.

Agile/MSP/PRINCE2 knowledge.

Excellent leadership and communication skills
