Head of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy Transformation

Speedy Hire is seeking an experienced Director of Business Architecture and Strategy to shape how the organisation operates, transforms and grows. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and working with the Executive Leadership Team, you will define and deliver the Target Operating Model and lead enterprise-wide change across people, process, technology and data.

This is a high-impact, board-level role that requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into
