Head of Enterprise & Operational Risk - Strategic Leader

Teya in London is seeking an L2 leader to redefine enterprise and operational risk across the group. You will sit beside ExCo and the Board, shaping the risk agenda, turning strategy into practical, running reality, and embedding a scalable ERM across multiple entities.

You will build risk appetite, KRIs, governance and a robust GRC stack, deliver consolidated risk reporting, and provide credible challenge to senior stakeholders in a fast-growing fintech environment.
